Creation of the SND company in Soignolles-en-Brie

Purchase of the company SMPV located in Wissous

Integration of the SMPV activity on the Soignolles en Brie site

Creation of the SNDMECA INDUSTRIE group. Purchase of the company MECADISTRIBUTION located in Vulaines sur Seine.

Extension of the technical offer for the assembly of sub-parts... Launch of the Cap-e12 5-year development project.

Joint ISO9001 and EN9100 certification at both sites. Implementation of an MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

2026

Today, the two sites are organized into industrial excellence centers.
They add to the group very significant industrial synergies which allow broader bid to tenders and the most selective technically projects answers.
