Our sectors of activity require a very high level of quality. Also, the parts are often controlled individually, which requires essential and efficient metrology means.

Depending on your requirements, whether for a prototype or a mass-produced part, we provide you with a PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) report with all the information you need:

• Certificate of Conformity - The certificate stating that the product meets the specified requirements and standards.
• Certificate of Analysis - The certificate shows the measurement values and information of the base material, confirming that it meets the specifications.
• Mechanical testing - The determination of mechanical properties such as tensile strength or hardness...
• Tooltip drawing - Marking critical features on the drawing for reference in critical checks and tests.
• 3-Piece Sample (Serial) - The sample of a 3-piece production run bearing a serial number is usually associated with a complementary dimensional report.
• Lot: 100% CTQ (Critical to Quality) - The performance of a 100% inspection of the "critical to quality" characteristics of the lot.
• First Article Inspection (FAI) - The complete dimensional report compares the results of a production part to the design specifications.
