We are involved right from the design stage. To optimize production costs, we advise upstream to optimize the design of parts.
The organization of our sites favors collaborative work, with the methods department teams close to the production workshops and customers. The methods office integrates production and competition requirements at a very early stage.

We ensure the reindustrialization of parts within the framework of production cost optimization (for example, the transition from foundry machining to the machining of the part in mass production or "Product Life Management" until the last aircraft or machine is in operation.
We start from an existing standard part and proceed to its complete reindustrialization until its industrial validation.

We produce the parts in full compliance with the drawings and customer requirements. We manufacture parts with very complex geometries and most often machined in superalloys or "exotic" materials.

Our methods, purchasing, control, and quality departments have expertise in controlling the finishing processes of the parts requested in the specifications.
